A network of DSC partners
Many Digital Signature Certificates reach customers through a network of partners and resellers who process applications on behalf of a licensed Certifying Authority. Capricorn Network is about that channel: how partners log in, work and get paid.
Partner login
Partners sign in to a dedicated portal to:
- Start and track certificate applications for their clients
- Record customer videos and upload documents
- Manage a prepaid wallet or stock and set their own pricing
- Raise invoices and receive their service fees
Starting as a partner
A new partner can begin with a zero-investment account. Once the registration form, documents and any payment are in, an account is typically set up within 15–20 minutes, and the partner can start processing orders.
Approvals
Certificate approvals are handled by the authority's team, not outsourced — a requirement under CCA guidelines. Partners submit an order and the approval follows once the client-side formalities are complete, usually within a few minutes.

- **Customers** use their order reference to record a video, track status and download their certificate.
Support for partners
Partners get dedicated support during working hours, a relationship manager, training sessions and tools to grow a DSC business. Independent operation is allowed across India, with no state-wise restriction.
